At Cyklar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Items must be in their original packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original box to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
